Remembrance Day Observance

November 01, 2019

Please join the King’s Own Calgary Regiment on Monday, November 11, for the eighth annual Remembrance Day ceremony at Battalion Park.

Originally named Camp Sarcee in 1915, Battalion Park commemorates the soldiers who trained here for the trench warfare of World War I.

Join us at this important ceremony and participate in a community moment of silence to reflect on the sacrifices made by the brave Canadian Armed Forces.

Location: Battalion Park, 3001 Signal Hill Dr. S.W

Time: 10am-12pm
